DRINKS
American Bar - Fun for a drink pre- or post- walk through Sag Harbor Town
Moby’s - If you don’t make it for a meal, grab drinks at the bar or fire pit pre- or post-dinner
Stephen Talkhouse - Leans younger crowd but fun spot for live music. Go on early side to avoid line and be prepared for a hefty cover charge!
Surf Lodge - Book a table for late lunch or early dinner and hit the dance floor after
Navy Beach - Beachfront dining and drinks spot good for all ages
Ruschmeyer's - Drinks by a fire pit with picnic tables and a club for dancing
SEE
Amagansett - Charming town with the best shopping and bites, stroll through their main street + square
Beach - Most require a permit but you can park at East Hampton Main Beach (preferred) and Coopers in South Hampton for a fee; Park on the highway for Napeague Beach (past Amagansett) or Road D Beach on Meadow Lane (very South, Southampton) for spots without a fee. Morning and golden hour beach walks are my favorite!
Bridgehampton - Cute town for a stroll
Dan Flavin Institute - Quick art stop off main road in Bridgehampton
East Hampton Town - Cute but a bit overrun with luxury shops (Hampton Chutney & Carissa’s are worth a food stop)
LongHouse Reserve - Sculpture and outdoor art in a beautiful garden in East Hampton
Montauk Lighthouse - Quintessential lighthouse on Montauk point
Sag Harbor - Cute town on the bay, worthy of a stroll for shopping, coffee and/or a meal (opening Sag Harbor Tavern in 2024 by people behind Red Hook Tavern in NYC!)
Parrish Art Museum - Fun activity for a rainy day
*Wölffer Estate Wine Stand - Beautiful spot for happy hour and sunset drinks overlooking the vineyard. (Note: The Stand right off the road is much more casual/walk in vs the vineyard which is more formal but also fun place to spend the afternoon)
